Meet Rebecca Tavangar, LPC, NCC
As a licensed professional counselor and National Certified Counselor (NCC), I bring over a decade of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through the complexities of trauma, anxiety, grief, and relational challenges. My clinical work is shaped by advanced training in neuroscience-informed therapy, child and adolescent trauma (CATP), and contemplative psychotherapy. Drawing from my PIVOT™ method - a neuro-informed framework for emotional regulation and self-reflection - I help clients develop the internal resources needed to navigate difficult emotions, uncover meaning in their experiences, and move toward lasting growth.
