What would shift in our understanding of healing if we took seriously the idea that body, mind, and spirit are not separate entities, but dynamically intertwined within a living, ever-changing web of relationships—and that our well-being, both as individuals and as a community, depends on reconnecting to this essential wholeness?

  • Welcome

    Philosophy

A contemplative approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that healing involves a profound commitment to the wholeness of body, mind, and spirit. It offers a thoughtful and compassionate approach to understanding and addressing life’s challenges, encouraging reflection, curiosity, and self-awareness as pathways to clarity and growth. As a therapist, I believe in the power of these principles, alongside purposeful action, to foster meaningful change. My work is grounded in helping individuals uncover their inner strengths, deepen their understanding of themselves, and take an active role in creating a life of greater well-being.

    Approach

Guided by this philosophy, I use an integrative approach that honors the interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit. I help clients understand their thoughts, recognize levels of awareness, interpret emotions as valuable indicators, and connect their experiences meaningfully. This clarity empowers intentional steps toward emotional health.

To support healing and growth, I draw from Contemplative Psychotherapy (CP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Somatic Experiencing, Trauma-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and other holistic modalities. My goal is to guide clients toward reconnecting with their innate wholeness and resilience.
